Let’s get started

What to Expect

At Maximize Chiropractic, everything we do focuses on the nervous system and building neuroplasticity—a fancy word that simply means helping the body rest, heal, grow, and adapt. From infants who need quality sleep to parents who need resilience in a busy world, these five essentials—rest, relaxation, healing, growth, and adaptability—are at the heart of our care.

How we work

With our unique 5-Step Clinical Process, our doctors take time to listen, set goals with you, and use advanced technology to see exactly where the nervous system is stressed or not working properly. We’ll guide you step by step, making your family’s path to healing, restoration, and health simple, clear, and effective.

01

Step 1

Step One: Consultation
Step One begins with a consultation at Maximize Chiropractic with Dr. Tim. From the start, you’ll notice how different this experience feels compared to traditional doctor visits. Dr. Tim takes the time to dive deep into your child’s case history—listening closely, asking the right questions, and working to uncover the root causes behind your child’s health challenges.

Parents often share that after just this first step, they feel a sense of hope and confidence. For many, it’s the first time they’ve truly felt heard and started to understand why their child has been struggling.

02

Step 2

Step Two: INSiGHT Scans
Next, we take a closer look at how your child’s central nervous system is working using advanced technology called INSiGHT Scans. These include three different scans that measure how much stress and tension may be stuck in your child’s nervous system.

What are they looking for? Things like subluxation, dysautonomia, and vagus nerve dysfunction. Those are just big words that mean the nervous system is stressed, worn out, and not working the way it should.

This technology is used in offices all across the PX Docs Network. To dive deeper, check out this article!

03

Step 3

Step Three: Care Plan
Next, we create a customized Care Plan tailored specifically to your child’s needs. At Maximize Chiropractic, our neurologically-based care planning system is truly one-of-a-kind.

We combine your child’s unique history—like past traumas, illnesses, or environmental factors—with findings from our neurological exam and INSiGHT Scans. This allows us to determine exactly how often your child needs adjustments and how long their care should last.

Every plan is fully personalized—no “one size fits all” or cookie-cutter approaches like you often see in traditional healthcare.

04

Step 4

Step Four: Report of Findings
In this step, you’ll meet with Dr. Tim at Maximize Chiropractic for a Report of Findings visit. Together, you’ll review your child’s INSiGHT Scan results, exam findings, and personalized Care Plan. Every question and concern you have will be addressed.

This is an exciting visit for families—finally, you’ll have a clear, actionable plan to help get your child’s health and healing back on track!’

05

Step 5

Step Five: Adjustments
Now it’s time to begin your child’s Adjustments. These are safe, gentle, and designed to relieve tension and stress from your child’s nervous system.

Many parents feel nervous at first about starting chiropractic care, but they quickly see how gentle and stress-free the process is with neurologically-focused, pediatric care from Dr. Tim at Maximize Chiropractic.

Get ready for lots of smiles, relaxation, better sleep, and real progress in your child’s health and healing!

We hear it almost every week from parents in our practice: "We've been to every specialist. We've run every test. But nobody can tell us why our child is struggling." If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. You've watched your child deal with chronic ear infections, speech delays, sensory meltdowns, focus challenges, or sleep struggles that just won't quit. Why is My Child Allergic to Spring?

Spring arrives, the flowers bloom, the trees come alive... and your child is stuck indoors with a box of tissues, red watery eyes, and a nose that won't stop running. You've tried every allergy medication on the shelf. You've kept the windows closed, tracked pollen counts religiously, and limited outdoor time during peak season. But nothing works. And deep down, you're asking yourself: why is my...

What Doctors Won’t Tell You About Sensory Overload

Does this sound familiar? Your child suddenly covers their ears in a noisy restaurant, has an unexpected meltdown at the grocery store, or becomes distressed by the tags in their clothing. But what if we told you there's...

It’s Not Just Tongue and Lip Ties—It’s About Your Baby’s Nervous System

You've been through it all. The painful nursing sessions. The bleeding nipples. Feeds that stretch past 45 minutes while you watch the clock, exhausted and worried. You finally got the tongue tie revised, fought through weeks of stretches and exercises while your baby cried, and then... the clicking started again. The latch got shallow. The tie looked restricted. Sound familiar? Here's what...

Discovering the Root Cause of Chronic Health Challenges in our Kids

But here's what's heartbreaking: despite all that effort, all that time, all that...

The #1 Tip To Prepare For Birth

Dear Mama, You're doing everything right. The prenatal vitamins, every appointment, reading all the books, and preparing the nursery. But if you're honest with yourself, you might realize you’re white-knuckling your way through pregnancy. Your shoulders are tight, your jaw is clenched, and no one seems to be addressing the stress you carry in your body every single day. You deserve more than...

The Biggest Reason For Seasonal Depression

Every winter, you watch it happen again. As the days get shorter, your child's motivation starts to fade. Their energy drops. Emotions become harder to manage. You've heard the medical explanation: Seasonal Affective Disorder. Reduced...

New Year, New Doctor: How to Choose a Healthcare Provider Who Truly Serves Your Child

You walk into another doctor's appointment. You share your concerns about your child's health challenges—the digestive issues, the sleep problems, the behavioral struggles. The doctor glances at the chart, spends maybe five minutes with you, and hands you a prescription or tells you to "wait and see." You leave feeling dismissed. Unheard. Like you're just collecting labels and medications...

The Real Reason Stretching Isn’t Fixing Your Baby’s Torticollis

If your baby's head is stuck tilting to one side, you've probably been told it's just a tight muscle. "Stretch it out, do some tummy time, and wait it out," they say. But here's what most pediatricians won't tell you: torticollis isn't just about tight muscles. It's about what happened to your baby's nervous system during birth. You're Not Alone in This Journey We see this pattern week after...
