Manny

When Manny first came to our office, he had been diagnosed with autism at just one year old and was also navigating global developmental delay, esophagitis, seasonal allergies, sensory-seeking behaviors, and challenges with emotional regulation. His mom shared that he loved being outdoors—running, jumping, and swimming—but struggled with understanding directions, transitioning between activities, and had very little safety awareness.

Manny’s birth was an emergency C-section, so he was unable to go through the birth canal. As an infant, he also experienced feeding challenges and had to switch to a lactose-free formula due to intolerance. His family was doing everything they could to support him, including speech therapy twice a week, occupational therapy, martial arts, and ABA therapy. Despite all of these efforts, his mom felt they weren’t seeing meaningful progress with ABA.

After Just 1 Month of Neurologically-Focused Chiropractic Care

Mom began noticing exciting changes, including:

❤️ Easier transitions throughout the day
❤️ Improved confidence and independence
❤️ Memorized his own PIN to sign himself in for appointments
❤️ Comfortable getting adjusted without Mom by his side

One of Mom’s favorite moments has been watching Manny become more independent in our office. Seeing him confidently sign himself in and walk back for his adjustment on his own is a milestone that speaks volumes.
