Hillary

Lower Back Pain / Wellness

Hillary was referred to us by one of her co-workers, a patient at our clinic, seeking help for persistent lower-back pain stemming from an old work injury. Her injury had caused a dislocated disc and a torn tendon in her left foot, requiring surgery to repair. Despite years of care—including chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy, and acupuncture starting back in 2011—she continued to experience lingering discomfort. Stretching would provide some relief, but her pain persisted, particularly when walking on uneven ground for long periods or performing constant chores.

Hillary had always been an active individual, enjoying soccer and volleyball, but her injury and ongoing pain had limited her ability to participate in the activities she loved. She came to us hoping to regain mobility, flexibility, and freedom of movement so she could return to a more active lifestyle without pain.

After just a few months of consistent care, Hillary began noticing meaningful improvements. She experienced increased movement and flexibility, greater ease when bending, improved ability to participate in outdoor activities, and significantly less pain in her lower back. These changes have not only improved her physical function but also her confidence and quality of life.

Hillary has now transitioned into our weekly wellness program, allowing her to maintain her progress and continue supporting her long-term health and well-being.

We are truly grateful to be part of her journey and honored to help her regain mobility, comfort, and a more active, pain-free lifestyle.
