Ammanuel

ASD/ Speech Delay/ Picky Eater/ Constipation/ Focus/ Allergy

Ammanuel began his health journey with our office just two weeks ago πŸ’› Prior to starting care, he was experiencing several challenges, including sensory difficulties, a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 2), being nonverbal, mild hyperactivity, constipation, picky eating, lack of focus, recurring ear infections, and a cough often triggered by colds or allergies.

His parents first noticed early signs around 8 months old, when he showed little interest in toys. By 18 months, he was not responding to simple requests, such as bringing his shoes or toys. Following an evaluation, Ammanuel was diagnosed with ASD Level 2. Over time, he continued to regress, including losing words he had previously gained.

Since then, his family has pursued multiple therapies, but unfortunately did not see the progress they had hoped for.

During pregnancy, mom experienced complications, including itchy feet and elevated liver enzymes around 36–37 weeks, which led to a scheduled C-section at 39 weeks. As a baby, Ammanuel also experienced severe colic, has an allergy to cow’s milk, and has had ongoing challenges with falling and staying asleep 😴

After just two weeks of completing our intensive program, his parents have already noticed encouraging changes πŸ™Œ Ammanuel is showing improvements in focus, reduced hyperactivity, and better sleep patterns. His spinning behaviors have decreased, and they have also seen positive changes in his immune system πŸ’ͺ

While there is still a long journey ahead, his family feels hopeful and encouraged to continue seeing progress and positive changes along the way 🌱✨

We are honored to be part of Ammanuel’s journey and look forward to supporting him and his family every step of the way 🀍
